Daily Workout Program (DWP)

CA$60.00 every month
  • Suitable for one with lifting experience

  • Easily completed in 30:00-1hr

  • Versatile. The program works with your environment, not the other way around

    This membership runs through our online coaching sofware and includes:

> Five workouts/week

Three separate sections to each day:

  • Level Zero: Limited equipment workout; any type of weight and some space is all that’s needed

  • Equipped for Shift: Gym-access version of Level Zero

  • Accessory Work: 15-25 mins of strength training

    > All exercises have video demonstration

    > You’re assigned a movement assessment before your program begins to ensure safe and clean movement patterns each workout - this will be assessed by your coach who will give feedback (Yay for great form from the beginning!)

    > Access to message with any questions; no coaching feedback provided (other than the movement assessment)

    > Ability to move between different memberships and cancel your membership with one-week minimum notice (regardless of when you cancel, you will still receive service for the entire month you paid for).

    THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You are a seasoned exerciser and are looking for a workout plan to follow

  • You’re in the market for a strength and metabolic conditioning regime that is adaptable to both homes and gyms

  • You’re looking to spend 30-60 minutes a day at most exercising

  • You don’t feel the need to have oversight of your technique

  • You don’t have any issue with getting into the gym (no need for accountability from a coach)

Cooper had a morning doctor’s appointment,
so I decided to squeeze in a run beforehand and meet Kev there.

TL;DR: Slowing down is hard. Boring work is harder. But if you want results that last, start now—especially when it’s messy.

I’m running an experiment on myself that’s long overdue.

I’ve built a 10-week progressive running plan with one clear goal:
Run for 60 minutes straight at any pace slower than 6:30/km while keeping my heart rate at or below 149 bpm
